Promotions, offers and rewards can be targeted by the hub’s Loyalty Decision Engine. These are aimed at different customer groups, stores, and regions and at any level in the product hierarchy.
Additionally promotions are able to trigger custom processes so that complex data capture and reward scenarios can be implemented.
The Loyalty Decision Engine is a component that is able to make promotion decisions over multiple transactions when the customer can be identified. For example: “spend over £500 this month and get a free 10% promotion discount voucher on rings”.
Loyalty related databasing in the form of live points, tiers, groups etc are stored in Enactor’s CRM. This way they are attached to the relevant customer.
These can sit behind any app, website or retail estate and an integrated or standalone application.
